Thank you for scheduling an appointment at First State MedSpa! A $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment for you. This fee will be applied towards your treatment, or it can be fully refunded at your appointment, if you prefer. Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Refunds will not be refunded should this requirement not be met and you may incur additional "no-show" fees.
